2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Models Crowd platform and our services. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), or Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

3. Data We Process

  • Account data: Email, password (hashed), role (model/client/agency), profile slug.
  • Model profile data: Name, stage name, date of birth, gender, category, measurements, city, country, languages, photos, hourly rate, description.
  • Client profile data: Company, contact person, industry.
  • Booking data: Job details, period, location, agreed fee, status, messages between parties.
  • Payment data: We do not store card or bank account details ourselves. Payments are processed via Stripe (see Section 6). Models provide their IBAN for payouts; this is stored encrypted in our database.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, access timestamps (server logs).

4. Purposes of Processing

  • Provision of the members' area and booking functionality.
  • Payment processing, payouts, accounting.
  • Communication by email (booking confirmations, system notifications).
  • Security, fraud prevention, fulfilment of legal obligations.

5. Processors & Third-Party Services

  • Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — servers in the EU.
  • Payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland.
  • Email delivery: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
  • Domain & CDN: Cloudflare.

Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

6. Stripe

For payment processing we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). During a payment transaction, the data required for the payment (name, payment method, amount) are transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent controller under data protection law. 7. Cookies & Tracking

We use only technically necessary cookies (login session, CSRF protection). No third-party tracking takes place. Should this change, we will obtain your consent beforehand via a cookie banner.

8. Retention Periods

Account data is stored until the account is deleted. Invoice and booking data are subject to a statutory retention period of 10 years (§ 147 AO).
