Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract for paid use of the platform within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments we have received from you promptly and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts for the provision of services (e.g. a specific model booking), the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and performance began only after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract.
